I loved, loved, loved this book. It's a paranormal mystery series with a heroine I could identify with right off the bat. She's a mother to two pre-teens, turned into a vampire by a random attack and she's doing everything possible to stay with her kids. Her husband is trying to get rid of her because he's creeped out by the fact she drinks blood now and sleeps all day. The book revolves around an intriguing mystery and the heroines fight to keep her kids. There's a little romance thrown in there, too. Run, don't walk to pick up this book and the rest in the series. I read them all in one week.
